Dan Palmieri

Dan is a licensed New York State Home Inspector, a licensed contractor, and a dedicated New York City Firefighter serving since 2016. His unique skill set extends even further with a New York 7C Termite license, a Mold Assessor License, and a Mold Remediation Contractor License. Dan’s extensive training in hazardous materials, building protocols, and advanced safety measures is enhanced by his certification as a thermographer and his membership in InterNACHI.
